Services

By Dolly Creative provides branding and design services as outlined on this website or agreed via written communication.

Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Founding client offers are limited and time-bound.

Payment

Payment terms will be outlined at the time of booking or invoicing. Payments are required to secure a booking and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Scope of work

Services are provided within a defined scope. Any additional work outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees.

Cancellations & rescheduling

Rescheduling requests must be made with reasonable notice and are subject to availability. Fees may apply.

Intellectual property

Final approved design assets are released to the client upon full payment. By Dolly Creative retains the right to display completed work for portfolio and promotional purposes.

Limitation of liability

By Dolly Creative is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of services or website.
